For a corporate day or a sequence of meetings, discuss daily hire with your driver. The published daily rate covers up to eight hours, with the start time, itinerary, waiting and any extra time agreed in your quote. Your confirmation defines what is included.
Connect your business itinerary with an airport transfer. Provide your flight details and meeting schedule so the ground travel can be arranged together. You can also discuss travel to stations and other agreed destinations.
Cash, card and account payments can be discussed when arranging your booking. Account arrangements must be agreed in advance. If you are booking for a colleague or visitor, provide their authorised contact details and share the itinerary with them.
